Opposition’s leader: DP-SP agreement no longer exists
Democratic Party’s leader Lulzim Basha, during today’s plenary session while speaking about the new government program, said the 18th May pact between him and Prime Minister Rama no longer exists since June 26th elections.
“The main point of the 18th May agreement was the free vote, free and fair elections, so the June 25th elections marked the end of this deal. The sale of votes, money of crime, and corruption made the end of the agreement and reaffirmed the problem number one of Albania: stealing and alienating the will of Albanian people for the sake of Edi Rama’s power.”
The DP president said that the deal had only one achievement.
“The only thing that came on May 18 is that 450 thousand Albanians are represented today in the Assembly hall by the opposition, from DP. The only success of May 18th is that you failed to nominate your opposition as you embark and as you wish. ”
