Rama summons ministers in Vlora city
Prime Minister Rama convened in Vlora city, his ministers, while promising to hold a monthly cabinet meeting in one of the 12 counties of Albania. Rama started this practice from his constituency at a meeting that lasted not more than 20 minutes and where seven decision were taken.
They were published by the Prime Minister himself. Later on, in a public consultation on the budget, the prime minister said he would completely change the financing approach for municipalities and development projects, starting from the large spending that was found in local government even after the territorial reform.
Prime Minister and his ministers, as well as the deputies of this district and parliamentary group chairman Taulant Balla, will stay in Vlora city for two days where they will hold a series of meetings but will also inspect government investments in the region.
The practice of government meetings outside the Prime Minister’s Office, were started with several informal meetings in several cities before the government’s cabinet has been formalized both in the first and second mandates./tvklan.al
