Judge Besnik Imeraj, out of vetting process
The Independent Assessment Commission has interrupted the vetting process for the former judge of the Constitutional Court, Besnik Imeraj.
“The vetting process for Judge Besnik Imeraj is interrupted after he resigned from the justice system on January 31st, 2018”,
the court argued.
Besnik Imeraj was member of the Constitutional Court since 2013, and his mandate would be over on 2022. Despite this fact, he decided to resign 4 years earlier./tvklan.al
