Albanian FM meets with Croatian PM and FM
Albanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ditmir Bushati met Thursday with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovicon and Minister of Foreign Affairs Davor Ivo Stier.
“Had a friendly and insightful discussion with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovicon. Grateful for Croatia’s unwavering support to Albania on so many fronts!,” Albanian FM Bushati tweeted.
Later Bushati met with croation Minister of Foreign Affairs Davor Ivo Stier for a bilateral meeting.
Bushati said Albania and Croatia took advantage of the US support for democratisation and euroatlantik integration.
He said that Albania appreciates very much the U.S. presence in the regjion and hopes that it would continue and deepen.
On the other side, Croatian FM said his country supports the beginning of EU’s access negotiations with Albania as the country has fully aligned its foreign policy with EU./tvklan.al
