Chaos in Parliament, Ruçi excludes Democrat MP Spaho
Democratic Party MP Edmond Spaho has been excluded from today’s parliamentary session after blocking the Parliament podium. According to the Parliament Speaker Gramoz Ruçi, MP Spaho blocked the podium for two minutes and in accordance with the Assembly’s regulation was excluded from today’s session and also fined.
The situation was tense after the Parliament Speaker Ruçi interrupted the speech of Democratic Party deputy Edmond Spaho, as the latter asked to discuss the extradition of Nezar Seiti to Italy, considered as the financier of the “Habilaj” clan. According to Ruçi, Nezar Seiti’s case is not on the agenda and could not be discussed, and therefore interrupted his speech.
The opposition accuses the Ministry of Justice of extradition of Habilaj’s financier to Italy since Nezar Seiti is accused in Albania for having ties with former Interior Minister Saimir Tahiri’s issue./tvklan.al
