DP requires MPs Rakipi and Gjetani mandates removal
Democratic Party Parliamentary Group filed today in the Prosecution the request for control of decriminalization data for MPs Aqif Rakipi and Gjetan Gjetani regarding allegations of concealment of data on criminal activity that according to the decriminalization law prevents them getting public offices or being elected.
Accusations from people and Democratic Party partners are indications to verify whether both of these MPs have concealed criminal records in their past connected with illegal activities committed in Italy.
Democratic Party is determined in its battle to fight crime, and to bring the crime out of parliament and state institutions. On the other hand, regarding these two cases and other issues that are being dealt with by the Democratic Party, Edi Rama proves that he continues to protect and promote the crime, that he is unwilling to implement the decriminalization law, and has no will to break away from crime and political alliance with crime.
