Former Chief Prosecutor Llalla escapes vetting
The Special College of Appeals has decided that former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla will not undergo vetting process.
According to the SCA Llalla’s resignation was in accordance with the law and should be accepted. The decision deprives Llalla for the next 15 years to be a part of justice system.
Former Chief Prosecutor’s lawyer Sokol Hazizaj, said that this is the first success of justice.
Even though he escaped justice, prosecution has launched an inquiry against Llalla for abuse of office, money laundering, and asset laundering./tvklan.al
