“Maritime agreement between Greece and Albania”, democrats react

published the news that the final agreement between the Albanian government and the Greek government for the demarcation of the Exclusive Economic Zones was reached, the Democratic Party has reacted.
Vice-President of the Laws Commission, Oerd Bylykbashi casts doubt on the achievement of this agreement, considering the Prime Minister Rama’s maritime agreement with Greece a violation of the laws and Constitution.
Bylykbashi says Constitutional Court cannot give verdicts because of the 9 members, only 5 are on full mandate and the prime minister is blocking the replacement of vacant seats.
The question posed by deputy Bylykbashi is whether the Constitutional Court is being deliberately blocked to have the maritime agreement with Greece done./tvklan.al
