Two judges fail vetting
Two members of the High Court have failed the Vetting process. The Independent Qualification Committee has dismissed judge Tom Ndreca and Admir Thanza.
Thanza is accused of concealing his conviction in prison in 1999.
Thanza had not declared in the decriminalization form this detention, but before the IQC he stated that the theft was conducted by his sister in law, and that he took the blame so as to help his sick nephew, who was suffering from a serious illness back then.
While Ndreca is accused of links with persons with criminal activities and false declarations of wealth.
He cannot justify ALL 1.3 million from his wealth and resulted to have problems with the houses and apartments that he has bought and not declared./tvklan.al
