Xhafaj expresses his commitment about Police Vetting implementation
Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj has expressed his commitment that Police Vetting will totally cleanse the State Police, from the incriminated workers. During his speech at the 105th anniversary of the State Police, Xhafaj said that police work cannot be stained by a small part of employees which work without integrity.
“Today after more than a century we have the opportunity to proudly say that State Police has managed to survive the challenges. The police troupe is totally engaged in the fight against crime.
In the ranks of the State Police there are many honest and devoted hardworking people. Their work cannot be stained by a small group. State Police will manage to win this battle.
The results achieved in the following year consist of the historic murder minimization, in reducing the number of accidents. I strongly appeal to stop verbal violence against the State Police by anyone”
