Xhafaj “strikes” the Prosecutor’s Office
As the end of the mandate of Adriatic Llalla at the helm of the prosecution is a matter of days, Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj gives another stroke to the prosecution body.
Asked about the results of the Rule of Law operation, Xhafaj emphasized the lack of faith in the Prosecution, adding that the expected changes from the Justice Reform will enhance co-operation in the fight against crime.
For three former senior police executives who continue to be on escape as suspected of affiliation with Habilaj’s group, the current controls at home and abroad have not yielded any results.
“State Police has the task to do this and I believe it is doing”.
